“5 Minutes a Day” of Writing and Self-Reflection will change your life. This has proven to be true in my personal and professional life having worked with thousands of clients in my more than twenty year career as a Social Worker, Mental Health Therapist, Life Coach and Business Coach. Given how hectic our busy lives can become, this is personal time we intentionally set aside for quiet, stillness, to gather our thoughts, and to get in touch with our self-care needs.

Even if you don’t possess confidence in your writing ability, the simple act of intentionally finding quiet time to reflect and express your thoughts and feelings – even if scattered and disorganized – will open a path to regaining and/or maintaining a sense of balance and well-being.
